It located in Shenzhen city, occupying 2300 square meter space in Emerson Building. Certify with ISO9000:2000, ATEX, FM, CSA and Nuclear. It established in 1994, with 5 product lines and around 30 employees. Now expand to 15 product lines with 99 employees, instrument annual output is 100,000 units. Together with repair kits and spare parts sales, total revenue is USD20 million. The company produce filed instruments for worldwide consumption, such as positioner, converter, controller, transmitter and switch.
In 2000, Bao'an implemented Lean manufacturing, which helps to improve productivity by 20%, floor space utilization enhance 30%. In 2002, we introduced 5S activity to improve our working environment and efficiency. Now we are in Lean V stage. The company strives for customer satisfaction. Main focus area is fast response and short ordering lead-time. OTD maintain at 99%.
From 2001 to 2006, maintain a smooth trend on turnover rate below 10%. Employees from different level form Environment, Safety & Health Committee to take initiative on safety program and Social & Recreation Committee to enhance communication.
